Every trainer needs a trainer at some point. There is only so much you can
push and motivate yourself. Zeke was my trainer. My goal was set, and
each session I was determined to give him as much or sometimes more
that what he ask of me. I worked har and he was very dedicated. As a
result, which is not typical, I went from not working out to 1st place in one
category, 2nd in another category, and 4th in a 3rd category. Not bad for a
90 day goal.
